2019年4月26日，邛州公司与四川省诗词协会格律体新诗创作研究会、重庆诗词学会格律体新诗研究院在平乐古镇邛州书院共同举办“寻梦天府平乐，唱诵文旅新风——中国格律体新诗诗人献礼祖国70周年”采风交流活动，以成渝两地为主的国内优秀格律体新诗家共32人参加此次活动。
本次活动以天府文化为主题，结合平乐古镇悠久历史底蕴，举办诗歌文化交流活动，丰富平乐古镇文旅主题，进一步塑造古镇厚重的文化品质，向外展示新中国七十周年平乐古镇发展成果。
26日上午，成渝两地诗人前往邛州园汉服实景研学基地进行采风，参观了酿酒坊、榨油坊、造纸坊、农家小院、官宦庄园、平民草舍、耕夫土房等川西文化生活场景。并在邛州书院进行交流座谈，成渝两地诗人们对川西村落建筑格局表示浓厚兴趣和高度评价。格律体新诗诗人、重庆师范大学台湾文化研究院副院长黄中模表示，以川西林盘为基础的川西村落强调“天人合一”的理想境界和对自然环境充分的尊重，注重物质和精神的双重需求，把隐闭的小环境融入到自然大环境中，围合成宁静的村落，形成人、住宅、环境的和谐统一，邛州园以此为基础开展传统文化研学活动，向外展示川西独特文化魅力，意义非凡。
下午，“一会一院”诗人在邛州公司“微党校”教室开展“献礼建国70周年，寻梦天府平乐，唱诵文旅新风”主题诗歌创作、唱诵活动，现场创作并唱诵格律体新诗40余首，诗歌内容借平乐古镇人文自然风景抒写对建国70周年来祖国繁荣发展的自豪感，表现了平乐古镇文旅融合发展新风貌。
